USA*Engage and the National Foreign Trade Council have released their "trade report card" for the 110th Congress (2007-2008): Congressional Report Card: 100th Congress.
Head of the class in the Senate:retiring Senator Chuck Hagel (R-Nebraska) and Richard Lugar (R-Indiana). Lugar is being considered for Secretary of State in the new Obama administration so both he and Hagel may be leaving the Senate as well.
Head of the class in the House: Jeff Flake (R-Arizona), Roscoe Bartlett (R-Maryland), Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), and James Matheson (D-Utah).
Lots of rankings to mull in this. Hat tip: Douglas Jacobson at International Trade Law News.
