Neither the AFL-CIO nor anyone else who complains about auto NTBs has specified what NTBs they're talking about. The Korea FTA includes major concession by the Koreans on automobile taxation, safety standards and emissions standards. What else do they want? Do they even know? Do they really think that additional concessions on NTBS would make a material difference in U.S. auto sales in Korea?
